Brussels, 31/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - Commissioner Franz Fischlr is off to Washington on Monday for an official three-day visit devoted mainly to the state of play in agricultural negotiations within the WTO and the presentation of the latest European Commission proposals on the reform of the common agricultural policy (CAP).
