31/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - According to the latest European Central Bank (ECB) estimates, published on Friday, the EU15 external current account recorded a surplus of 21.9 billion euro in the third quarter of 2002, against a surplus of 10.1 billion euro in the previous quarter. In the third quarter 2002, external balance of trade in services recorded a surplus of 7.5 billion euro (against a surplus of 6.9 billion in the second quarter 20002).
