Brussels, 10/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the General Affairs Council approved all of the technical elements included in the various "packages" that the Danish Presidency, under its own responsibility, offered to the ten candidate countries on Monday (see yesterday's EUROPE, pp.4/5), except for the financial and budgetary chapter that the Fifteen hope at any rate to discuss, and nothing else, at the Copenhagen Summit on Thursday and Friday.
