10/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - The External Relations Council adopted, on Tuesday, conclusions on Afghanistan in which it reaffirms the European Union's commitment to contribute to the implementation of the Bonn Agreement and to the rebuilding of Afghanistan. The Fifteen welcome the results obtained by the transitional Afghan Administration and stress the importance of the declaration of good neighbourliness that should be signed on 22 December (see EUROPE of 2/3 December, p.5).
