Conclusions on the Balkans - concern about difficulty for organising presidential election in Serbia

Brussels, 10/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the Fifteen took stock, in Council, of their relations with the countries of the Western Balkans. The Council welcomed the progress recently made concerning the Constitutional Charter in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, and hoped that this Charter would soon be approved by the parliament (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.6).
