Commission makes formal demand for France, Spain and Italy to respond to requests for information

Brussels, 03/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the European Commission decided to send letters of formal notice to France, Spain and Italy for failure to communicate the information requested of them in order to judge the grounds for a series of complaints on possible infringement to the EU environmental legislation.
