Anna Diamantopoulou to discuss Hartz report on labour market reforms on 25 November with Germany's Clement

Brussels, 18/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - Commissioner Anna Diamantopoulou will be meeting the new German economics and labour minister Clement on 25 November. The meeting has been described as being of particular importance since this is the first time a single minister has been responsible for the two issues, providing the necessary balance. At the meeting, the two will discuss the report by the Hartz Committee (Peter Hartz is Volkswagen AG's personnel manager) proposing "radical" labour...
