15/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has launched a call for proposals for the programme for creating a network of EU-ASEAN universities, a programme that will be allocated a budget of EUR 3 million. Twenty subsidies (between 100 and 200 000 euro) may be granted to the higher education establishments that put in a request before 27 February 2003. The call for proposals was published in the Official Journal C276 of 13 November 2002.
