Brussels, 12/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - Before the press on Tuesday, the President of the European People's Party Wilfried Martens, and Elmar Brok, who heads the EPP component in the European Convention, unveiled a "European Union Constitution", which fleshes out, in 119 articles proposed for its first part, the "skeleton" presented by Valery Giscard d'Estaing, combining it with the document adopted by the EPP Summit of Estoril (see EUROPE/Documents No. 2293 of 25 October and 2294/2295 of 31...
