Luxembourg, 21/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Union and Israel did not make much headway during the meeting of the EU/Israel Association Council in Luxembourg, on Monday, regarding the question of rules of origin of products exported by Israel from colonies in the Palestinian territory. The Commission is expected to present a report on the results of discussions between experts with a view to a "transitional solution", by early 2003 at the latest, Council President Per Stig Moeller...
