Common Foreign and Security Policy: the priorities of the European Parliament

In Strasbourg, on 26 September, the European Parliament adopted the report by German Christian-Democrat Elmar Brok, chair of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Human Rights, and Common Security and Defence Policy, on progress in CFSP (see EUROPE of 26 September, p.5 and 27 September, p.5 for the debate in plenary). We here publish in full the resolution, that does not simply turn to progress achieved, but that also sets out Parliament's priorities.
