Luxembourg, 09/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - Having devoted most of its discussions to negotiations with Switzerland on the tax on savings (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.9) and financing enlargement (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.8), the EcoFin Council had talks in Luxembourg on Tuesday on several other issues without reaching decisions.
