Brussels, 09/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Committee of the Regions is to meet in plenary session on Thursday 10 October. The vice-president of the European Parliament, David Martin, will be there to discuss cooperation between the Committee and the Parliament. European Commissioner Antonio Vitorino will inform the Committee of the European Union's communication policy.
