Brussels, 02/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - On 1 October, the EP's foreign affairs committee heard Rima Khlalaf Hunaidi, member of the Cabinet of the UN Secretary General and director of the UNDP's "Arab World" department, author of a report on "Human Development in the Arab World/2002". Ms. Hunaidi had previously been received by the European Commission where she debated the conclusions of her report with the services.
