Brussels, 13/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the President of the Council of the EU, Per Stig Moeller, met the Macedonian foreign minister Slobodan Casule to discuss the situation in Macedonia leading up to the 15 September general elections and relations between Macedonia, the EU and NATO.
