13/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank is to support the implementation of Finland's national strategic plan for higher education and research with a loan of EUR 300 million. Financing will be earmarked for Senate Properties which, under the auspices of the Finance Ministry, is responsible for the construction, renovation and provision of furniture for the education and research sectors.
