EUR 100 million loan for water treatment in Flanders

Luxembourg, 13/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) will be granting a EUR loan to Aquafin for managing wastewater treatment facilities in Flanders (Belgium). The loan agreement, arranged in collaboration with Dexia, will support the enormous Aquafin investment programme (almost EUR 2.7 billion) and which aims to improve the environment in the Flemish region in compliance with national and European objectives.
