Brussels, 13/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - Meeting in Brussels on 11 September under the chairmanship of Jorge Hernandez Mollar (EPP-Ed, Spain), the EP Committee on Freedoms and Citizens' Rights held an exchange of views with Equal Opportunities Commissioner Anna Diamantopoulou on the EU's anti-discrimination policies (Article 13 of the Treaty) and the situation in Member States towards such policies as well as on the rise of Islamophobia and anti-Semitism and on the way to strengthen...
