Brussels, 22/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission is expected to adopt, on Wednesday, at a proposal by Michaele Schreyer, a draft supplementary and amending budget (SAB) No4 aimed at releasing EUR 70 million from the 2002 budget for aid programmes in favour of Afghanistan.
