10/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Taxpayers Association of Europe has appointed the Luxembourg Prime Minister and Finance Minister, Jean-Claude Juncker and the former co-ordinator of the Stability Pact in the Balkans, Bodo Homach, as winners of the "European Bull" prize.
