AVIVA, the UK insurance company that used to be called CGNU, has sold off its general insurance company in Spain, PLUS ULTRA COMPANIA ANONIMA DE SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS, to France's mutually-owned insurer GROUPAMA for EUR 246 million.
