The Algerian group KHALIFA has signed with the legal administrator of HOLZMANN, the German BTP group in bankruptcy, for the acquisition of PHILIPP HOLZMANN INTERNATIONAL (turnover EUR 120 million in 2001 with over 600 employed), which groups the group's foreign activities outside the United States, Austria and the Netherlands.
