Italian group SCM (turnover EUR 410 million in 2001), specialised in wood working equipment, has acquired 51% of CMS capital (turnover EUR 80 million in 2001 with 500 employed), specialised in the manufacture of machines for glass, plastic, marble, aluminium and wood.
