24/06/2002 (Agence Europe) - On 24 June the European Commission authorised the acqusition of full control by Volswagen AG of the Swedsih car retailer Din Bil Holding AB. Din Bil is a distriubtor of Volkswagen , Audi,Seat and Skoda in Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Mälmo and Stockholm.
