ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) electronics

German INFINEON and the American companies MOTOROLA and AGERE SYSTEMS have announced the creation of a company specialised in telecommunications components. Called STARCORE, the company will be held equally by the three partners and will begin operating at the end of the summer. No financial details were disclosed regarding the venture.
