ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) electricity

The French group EDF - ELECTRICITE DE FRANCE has taken over the regional company SEEBOARD (1.9 million clients) through its subsidiary LONDON ELECTRICITY for the sum of £1.39 billion. The price includes a cash sum of £670 million and around 722 million in debt takeover.
