Luxembourg, 17/06/2002 (Agence Europe) - The General Affairs Council in Luxembourg on Monday adopted conclusions on the political situation in the Balkans, stressing the need to fully cooperate with the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in terms of access to witnesses and archives.
