17/06/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised two total takeovers in expedited procedure: - Watt AG by Nordostschweizerische Kraftwerke, two Swiss companies active in production, distribution and provision of electricity; and the Dutch company Laurus by French company Casino, both present in the distribution sector.
