ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) sports

SPOTFIVE, one of the European leaders in sporting rights, has acquired half the capital of the Dutch firm JOHO SERVICE BV, previously controlled to the tune of 100% by the Spanish audiovisual firm MEDIAPRO. Through this operation, SPORTFIVE takes over the French firm VCF - VIDEO COMMUNICATION France (55 million euro annual turnover with close to 500 collaborators), which will enable it to develop its audiovisual production of sports events.
