Luxembourg, 25/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Court of Justice has published three press releases concerning the following cases:

- Commission vs/Italy. The Court declares here that Italy has not complied with the EC directive by not treating the residual water of the city of Milan. At latest 31 December 1989, the so-called sensitive areas - in Italy, the Po Delta and the coastal areas north west of the Adriatic and waterways that serve up to 10 km inland - should have been...
