Brussels, 25/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised the following operations through the accelerated procedure:

The creation of a joint Austrian venture , Thermoteam Alternativebrennstoffsverwertungs, specialised in the combustible fuel market, between Lafarge Perlmoser AG and the waste management company Saubermarcher Dienstleistungs AG;

The creation of a joint venture between Hochtief and Volkswagen, named car.e Facility Management GmbH;

The acquisition by Swiss Life...
