Luxembourg, 22/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - As EUROPE went to press, on Monday evening in Luxembourg, the Agriculture Ministers were on the point of reaching a qualified majority agreement on the non-commercial movements of domestic animals (see details in EUROPE of 19 April, p.8).
