Brussels, 16/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - The "Socialist Family" within the European Convention is getting organised, through working groups that will begin to be held in the coming weeks, so as to present a document for the attention of the Convention that will not deal with all topics under discussion but with certain priorities on which it intends expressing its own vision. This is what Giuliano Amato, one of the Convention's two vice-presidents, announced to the press Tuesday morning, stipulating that a Socialist seminar would gather the suggestions of the working groups in the summer. The political visions of the political families will contribute to gathering a "consensus", and any good "Constitutional" document will have to make a balance between the visions of these different families, commented the former Italian Prime Minister.
