16/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - The General Affairs Council in Luxembourg adopted lengthy detailed conclusions on the proliferation of weapons and on disarmament, intended to provide a response to the "international terrorist threat". In its conclusions, it gives details of the multilateral instruments that the Fifteen must adopt and implement, the export control instruments, international cooperation and political dialogue. The Council also examined the list of terrorist organisations that it had adopted at the end of December, said Mr Piqué, after the work. We recall that Denmark recently pointed out it was in favour of including the Kurdish Labour Party, PKK, on this list.
