Parliament mobilises EU and Member States to make higher education in Europe more dynamic, competitive and attractive

Brussels, 16/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - The report of Marielle de Sarnez (EPP France) on a Commission opinion for strengthening co-operation between third countries and higher education has been adopted. In it Parliament calls for the setting up of a European area for competitive knowledge.
