16/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - During the General Affairs Council in Luxembourg, the EU Foreign Ministers discussed the situation in Venezuela. They all stressed the need to respect the Constitution and the democratic rules, Josep Piqué said. The Fifteen "fully support the effort being made by the Organisation of Latin American States", he added.
