Towards new agreements with Central America and Andean Community

Luxembourg, 16/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - The General Affairs Council adopted conclusions announcing that the EU is to launch a new initiative to strengthen its relations with Central America and the Andean Community, on the occasion of the EU/Latin America/Caribbean summit to be held on 17 and 18 May in Madrid.
