Neil MacCormick in the European "stateless nations and regions"

Brussels, 28/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - Neil MacCormick, MEP for the Scottish National Party (part of the Green/ALE group), and who is a deputy at the Convention on the Future of Europe, will be participating on 31 March-2 April in demonstrations organised by the Basque Country and Catalunya, thus beginning a tour of European stateless nations and regions.
