Josep Pique sets out directions for debates of informal Council of Caceres

Brussels, 07/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - Spanish Foreign Minister Josep Pique has set out the directions he would like to give to the debate at the "Gymnich"-type ministerial meeting to be held in Caceres on 8 and 9 February (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.7).
