Brussels, 07/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European commissioner for External Relations, Chris Patten signed a financial agreement on Thursday relating to the programme "Peace Laboratory in the Magdalena Medio". This innovative programme has as goal to support the strong Colombian civil society movement for peace.
