Constitutional committee adopts Napolitano report on organisation of relations with national parliaments

Brussels, 24/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament's Committee on Constitutional Affairs this week adopted the report by its chairman, Giorgio Napolitano, which defines the Parliament's position on its relations with national parliaments, in the prospect of the Convention and the future IGC.
