Committee calls on Spanish Presidency to enhance euro's attraction outside Europe and make real progress on market for financial services - latest results

Brussels, 24/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - Having appointed its observers for to Convention (see EUROPE of 18 January, p.6), the European Economic and Social Committee heard the Spanish Minister of State for European Affairs, Ramon Miguel on the priorities of the Spanish Presidency of the EU.
