19/12/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) is providing two loans from risk capital resources. The first loan (EUR 3.7 million) will go towards part-financing the construction of a complete cotton spinning mill on the outskirts of Bamako (Mali) while the other (EUR 2 million) is for Kafo Jiginew for onlending.
