14/12/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has decided to grant a further EUR 200,000 for victims of the drought in South Armenia. The funds will be channelled through ECHO (the Community's Humanitarian Aid Office) will help 2000 households to continue with their subsistence farming throughout the winter (providing fodder for dairy cows and other animals, along with seed and fertiliser).
