Brussels, 07/12/2001 (Agence Europe) - After logjam in new negotiations on Friday morning between the Presidency of the Council of the EU and the Italian Justice Minster, the adoption of the European arrest warrant has been blocked by Italy, which is coming in for sharp criticism from its partners and the European media.
