Luxembourg, 05/12/2001 (Agence Europe) - Advocate General Leendert Geelhoed proposes that the European Court of Justice sentence France for not having designated the Gulf of the Seine (Normandy) as being water polluted by nitrogen. The European Commission has taken France to Court. It considers the method used by the French authorities for designating water polluted by nitrogen or of threatening to be.
