ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) electronics

The Belgian firm PUNCH INTERNATIONAL, specialised in "EMS" (Electronic Manufacturing Services) and the Dutch PHILIPS have formed a joint-venture to develop and sell screen lighting systems, means of telecommunications and electronic components. Held to the tune of 51% by PUNCH INTERNATIONAL, the new company should have an annual turnover of over 30 million euro with 60 employees.
