PERRIER VITTEL, the "bottled water" branch of Switzerland's NESTLE has announced the acquisition of the water fountains business of AQUA COOL from the American group IONICS for $220 million. The business represents an annual turnover in the United States, Britain and France of $70 million. PERRIER VITTEL thus becomes the leader in the sector in the United Kingdom.
