Commission authorises Koch Industries to take over exclusive control of KoSa

Brussels, 13/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the European Commission approved the plan put forward by the American petroleum and chemical services company, Koch Industries Inc., to acquire all the capital of KoSa B.V., a company that provides special products in polyester. KoSa is currently a joint undertaking held by Koch and the Mexican company, Imasab.
