Brussels, 31/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - On 5-6 November, the Committee of the Regions and Greek government will be organising a conference on the role of local and regional government in an enlarged European Union. This conference will be exploring the relationship between new modes of governance within the perspective on an enlarged Europe, and is the culmination of a series of EU enlargement events on preparing local and regional government organisations for enlargement.
